This will eventually be a boring, self-absorbed blurb about me. 

For now, let me say that I am a 35 year old Jersey Girl living in Lancaster County with my hot and bookish husband, a toddler and five chickens. With another one due in July (child, not chicken.) I work as a marketing consultant, am addicted to travel essays, fashion magazines and anything involving Colin Firth. I enjoy running (when I’m not fat and pregnant), am a closet crocheter and love to get into discussions about all the stuff you’re not supposed to discuss in polite company.  What else could you possibly care about?  Vehemently pro-choice and anti-stupid.  According to a good half of the county, me and mine need some serious saving or we’re headed straight for the fiery pits.

No matter how long a girl is away from New Jersey, somewhere in her house lurks a can of AquaNet.
